If you would like to propose a session or present a paper or poster at the conference please fill out the form on this page. All presenters and session conveners must fill out this form. Try to complete all of the relevant information. Please type 'NA' in all of the fields which do not apply. If you do not yet know the session in which you would like to present your paper or would rather leave it up to the organisers, type 'NA' in the Existing Session box.

Important points

1) Presenters must be registered for the conference and have paid their fees in full before presenting their paper.
2) Presentations must not exceed 20 minutes

3) Because of time contraints we cannot absolutely guarantee your Session Proposal or Paper a place in the conference. Our advice is to get in early - prospective session conveners in particular should acquire definite commitments from people to give papers as soon as possible.
